DJ Smooth was outstanding and a great addition to our Spring Dance. This was our 6th annual Spring Dance for persons with disabilities. The dane is sponsored by the Student Council for Exceptional Children (SCEC) and approximately 150 middle and high school students for New Hanover County Schools and their staff.
Music is always an important part of the event and this year's response to DJ Smooth was overwhelmingly positive! Thank you!

On March 29, 2007, John Russ presented at our annual NCAPSE Spring Conference on a panel of speakers regarding Micro Enterprises. He spoke about his business, DJ Smooth Entertainment. Later in the evening, we had a BBQ dinner serving over 100 guests. We had the pleasure of listening to the skills of Mr. Russ while he provided a musical backdrop for our entire evening. He played a wide variety of songs, always willing to spin a request as they were called for. His upbeat attitude and professionalism made for an enjoyable evening shared by all. His prices were reasonable and his talent unmistakable. We are planning on utilizing his services again for our annual conference next year.
